Holy Rollie was inspired by starting a legacy with my family. One day, my daughter and I stopped at a mall kiosk that served crispy rice treats in a variety of flavors. The concept sparked the idea to create a bakery for our family and cinnamon rolls seemed like the perfect pastry. That night the business plan was divinely revealed and several months later the first batches were made during the pandemic lockdown. My professional experience as a formulation chemist, my husband’s experience in corporate event sales, and willing family members to taste test recipes helped create delectable sweet rolls.

Our scratch-made cinnamon rolls are considered comfort food as the recipe includes butter, sugar, and flour resulting in rich, flavorful buns. Our rolls are not made with hydrogenated oils, artificial preservatives, corn syrup or additives.
